Ingredients
  

  • 1 puck Papondu Battu (previously thawed) or 50g Papondu Battu
  • 10 g Mustard
  • 10 g Lemon
  • 200 g Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions
 

  1. Mix Papondu and mustard in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add the oil, whisking continuously.
  3. Season to taste with lemon, salt, pepper and spices of your choice.
  4. Enjoy quickly to take full advantage of its freshness.
