Start by washing and drying the vegetables. Cut up all the vegetables.
Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, add all the vegetables and stir-fry over high heat for 10 min, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions, and pour over soy sauce. Lightly season with salt. Mix well. Continue cooking for a further 5 min. Set aside.
Fry the Papondu in a pan over medium heat with a little fat, making sure to scramble it during cooking. Season to taste.
