Avocado toast with Papondu scramble

Ingredients
  

  • 2 palets Papondu Battu (previously thawed) or 100g Papondu Battu
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or fat of your choice for cooking
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Cut the bread into slices.
  3. Fry the Papondu in a pan over medium heat with a little fat, making sure to scramble it during cooking. Season to taste.
  4. Arrange the avocado in thin slices on the toast and top with Papondu.
